Terms of Service

You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Accounts are for one person and may not be shared.

Individual memberships start with a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your membership automatically converts to a paid subscription and your payment method will be charged $9.50 (plus any applicable taxes) at the end of the trial and every month after that until you cancel.

We will email you before your trial ends. Each account is eligible for one free trial.

You can cancel anytime online in Settings → Plan & billing → Manage billing. If you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged. If you cancel after you have been charged, your access continues until the end of the current billing period and will not renew. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods.

We may change subscription prices. We will tell you at least 30 days before a new price applies to your subscription, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

If you use AI Jetpacks through an organization's Teams workspace, your organization's agreement with us governs billing, and your workspace administrators manage your access.

• Course content is for your personal learning and may not be resold or redistributed.
• Don't misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or access it by automated means.
• Courses teach third-party AI tools that we don't control. Their features, pricing, and terms can change, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
• Follow your employer's policies when practicing with work data. Don't put confidential information into AI tools your organization hasn't approved.

AI Jetpacks is provided “as is.” We work to keep lessons accurate and current, but we don't guarantee specific results. To the extent permitted by law, AI Jetpacks is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You can stop using AI Jetpacks anytime. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
